Government Reorganization and Citizen Empowerment Act:
The New York State Attorney General has put online a website to answer questions regarding governing bodies to share services,
consolidate, merge, or dissolve. The site gives citizens the right to petition for government consolidation and to force
a popular vote on the issue.
